Justice Paul Newby...

-one of seven justices currently serving on the NC State Supreme Court

-has served on the Supreme Court of North Carolina since 2004

-born in Asheboro, N.C.

-received his B.A. degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and law degree from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law.

-Eagle Scout and serves as Scoutmaster Emeritus of Troop 11.

-married to Macon Tucker Newby since 1983. They have four children.

-Justice Newby is a strong supporter of Homeschooling...
